The boat and motor are in great shape. The boat has a small repair towards the nose that was professionally repaired. It holds air like a champ. I bought this boat in May and put 10 hours (tops) on it. The previous, original owner, estimated he used it less than 20 hours total. He used it as a tender for his large boat. The motor is immaculate. 9.9 hp doesn't sound like much but this set up will easily get a 500 lb load up on plane, and with one person, I'd estimate 25 mph. It is rated for 4 - persons.

The great part is how it compacts down. No need for a trailer if you are not using it as a tender. The entire boat will roll up into a bag that is 4' X 1.5' X 1.5'. The second picture gives a better idea of the scale. The times I used it I usually had the boat and motor in the back of my car, dropped it off at the boat launch and was cruising in 15 mins tops. Have a boat without the storage / trailering hassles! Great for fishing, exploring shallow waters or cruising around the marina.
